Outsourcing will be much more expensive than an in-house staff

The costs of hiring employees extend far beyond just a base salary. Once you factor in benefits (health, retirement, paid leave, etc), workers comp, annual raises, taxes and a myriad of other employee related costs, you might find that the price is much steeper to staff a billing team. Additionally, employee turnover can be very costly. Not only will you incur training costs, but many billing errors happen with new staff which could lead to damaging billing errors that require time to fix.

MYTH 2:

Hiring a third party will make things more complicated

Our goal is to simplify the very complicated world of insurance billing. Our team of certified billers is specifically trained to do this one task. You don’t have to worry about having billing managers who can train new staff, or billing employees who are working on other administrative duties. We handle all aspects of your claims.

MYTH 3:

There will be a disconnect between me and a third party biller

While we do aim to completely remove the burden of billing from our clients’ shoulders, that does not mean we won’t consistently communicate with you. We operate like we are partners with our providers. You can expect consistently scheduled billing reviews, as well as an open line of communication where our team is available at any time for questions or concerns. You’ll have just as much access with us as you would with any employee.

MYTH 4:

No one will care more about my billing than my own team

Our company operates under one principle- we don’t get paid unless you do. We only invoice our clients once they receive their reimbursements, so you know our interests are always aligned. In addition to wanting to provide the best service possible, we also simply cannot run unless our providers get paid. So we can confidently assure you that we will care just as much, if not more, about your billing as any in-house team.
